RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, you can return your order for a refund as credit in gift card (except sales items), if the following conditions are met :- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
- All items would need to be purchased originally OSONIAN.COM
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item(s) back to us within 7 days (Hong Kong Local Order) and 14 days upon date of receipt of the purchased item(s).
2. Return/Exchange Process
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please feel free to submit a ticket for return/exchange request. Step 2: After submitting the return/exchange request online, you will receive authorization and return address by email within 48 hours. Step 3: Send the return parcel to our warehouse and email us the return proof, such as tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, or a picture of the return package. Step 4: You will receive the refund within 3-7 business days or have an exchanged order sent out to you after we receive the return package. Return/Exchange Shipping Fees Shipping fees to return or exchange the items are at the customer's own expense and are non-refundable.
